GTTB is proud to announce our Wilmington based GTTB Dance Team, which offers a diverse collaboration of Hip Hop and Street Styles to engage dancers of all levels. Our dance program offers a combined class for beginners, intermediate, advanced, and open levels. Hip Hop and Street Style classes are taught by our choreographer and a host of assistant volunteers so that our students can learn the foundation within the style and challenge themselves with different interpretations and nuances of choreography. The age group is 9-17, however we are accepting a limited amount of 7 and 8 years old.
Typically our classes start with a warm-up and stretch. This is aimed to get their blood pumping and body conditioned for hip hop dance. For the remainder of class, they will learn a dance routine from our talented choreographer.
Currently, The GTTB classes are held on Thursday nights from
6 - 8pm. All of our classes are held at the PAL of Wilmington.
The registration fee to join GTTB is $60 per child and $30 for each additional child. This fee includes all apparel and accessories needed for their uniform. The classes run for 6 months with a minimum of 3 performances. There is a monthly fee of $30 or $50 for two children. This fee is accessed through automatic billing only and requires a full 6 month commitment. This fee includes 4 rehearsals per month, and an additional rehearsal day on the date of performances. Monthly fees are accessed on the 1st or 15th of each month.
