#GTTB15 was an unforgettable event! I've got to say not only did I have a blast, I met some awesome people and established some long term relationships with some wonderful girls. Thanks for all the posts with the hashtag #GTTB15. As you read through this blog, you will notice photos you may have posted!
Our hosts, Stephanie Sanford and Kadreana Mack did an awesome job!
Essynce Moore, owner of Essynce Couture Spa, Fashion Designer and Author, stopped in to see us and gave us some insight on how to be a young successful entrepeneur! What an honor it was to have her!
We also got to witness original talent with a beautiful performance by the All Sister Band, "Little Big Sister"!
We even had Mylezia King stop by and perform for us. She also spent some time with some girls behind stage handing out goodies and singing one on one with them!
Flex Appeal and The Dynamic Trio stopped by to show us some awesome and fun Zumba moves!
Our girls spent time putting together vision boards with their parents that allowed them to share their future goals and discuss how they could put them in motion!
Ms. Shirelle "Diamond" Hogans stopped by on her birthday to share her story with us! (Sorry parents for kicking you out!)
Ofcourse, we couldn't let her leave without singing "Happy Birthday"!
And let's not forget our awards ceremony!..We celebrated young ladies who have shown exceptional dedication to their education, community, and to themselves.
And last but not least...The Fashion Show! Our girls rocked it!
#GTTB was a memorable and fun event for the young ladies and their parents. Not only were they entertained by several performances but they got to share their dreams through vision boards with their parents and they experienced their first GTTB Session (Girl Talk Session)!
We would like to thank all of our participants, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors for attending and we look forward to #GTTB16!
